Angel Densetsu, everyone thought its going to be worthless, but what really attracted people his main charactere(Protagonist) Seiichiro Kitano a boy with scary face inspires terror scares the people.
But the truth that Seiichiro is a kind-hearted boy, sometimes he keep blaming himself for having a terrible face regardless his good soul and the desire to help the others but kids have always been afraid of him, there are usually two things, they either run away from him, or start crying thats the reason he is not good with kids, he dont even know how to talk to them, also he wants to create friendships by protecting in the fights, but as we can see the anime's name Angel Densetsu based on his angelic soul paired with his horrible luck and awkward social skills which cause him many misunderstanding, some people thought that he is addicted to the drugs or thugs (unbeknownst to himself) and after all of that Kitano met a 
girl, and fall in love with her. he would protect her by attacking untill he fell, he thought that the boys should treat the girls kindly. He coincidenttally got arrested instead of a killer and he didnt said goodbye to his friends, when he is out, he visited that girl (Ryoko) but he felt pretty depressed because of his different personality.
But when Kitano and Ryoko together, they were called 
'The Strongest Couple
' (The manga is somehow different than the anime).
